In this manner, you can be assured that all information about you is kept strictly confidential.

            NOTE : Only members may have their contributions payed back in a ratio

                         or have the option to convert into shares when available.

                         ONLY those who contribute on a regular basis are considered ACTIVE

                         and allowed to convert contributions into shares while a project is "Private"

                         prior to our "Going Public" (IPO).

                         Members who are not "Active Participants" can convert their ratio

                         only at the time of the IPO or at the sale of the project.
