The overwhelming world-wide response was challenging to our liittle think-tank, Sorry we didn't get back to most of you; we just didn't have the structure to properly deal with the communications volume. We are strictly a design studio. We thought that if we could just design and release, the world would gather up these new options as we continued to focus only on our design work. We had only done the basic documentation needed for the patent and when the story broke in the media and had not yet documented the full depth and breadth of this new principle. We had no computer nor WebSite thru which to communicate and
explain. Calls, faxes and emails poured in a such a rate, that we disconnected the phone. We now focus on email for far better communications ....

Thru that initial learning experience, the questions, comments, requests and suggestions
that poured in, we have been to far better detail the ScrollerWheel and better communicate
