A company who wishes to purchase the application in
question, must negotiate such a purchase through IDS-Development
as exclusive agent.
Negotiations shall require ....
- proof of sincerity
- time period of license
- roles and restrictions options
- field of use restrictions
- territory restrictions
A client company needs to know that it has a secure
control over its ownership interest and cannot afford
to open itself up to any risk of losing that control
in the technology. Only then can the client company
safely invest in further development and long term implimentation.
The sale or licensing of the technology provides a
client company with the secure control over its development
investment in the technological application.
The ownership of that embodiment can be issued, upon
approval by the patent holder, based on the agreements
negotiated between the client company and IDS-Development
as agent.
Ownership can take several forms ....
- outright ownership
- general license
- non-exclusive license
- hub-license with sub-licensing rights
- development agreement/license
- manufacturing license
- hold license
- import license
- patent of importation
The client company would then have the rights to use
the field of Scroller Mechanics in that particular embodiment
for that particular application. These rights can ONLY
be revoked due to lack of performance. |
