I am recruiting and developing the management and technical team. I am looking for Board members and consultants that represent a diverse cross-spectrum of talent and share our mission, vision and core values.

I have a "third wave" style structure. Only the Research Director and his personal assistant are full-time. IDS has no employees. All people are "associates" that work on an "as needed per project" basis.

All work on behalf of the Tech Transfer effort such as marketing staff and engineering staff will be jobbed-out on an "as needed" basis.

It is important that this board be created with the following in mind :

  1. Recruiting key Executive/Engineering/Marketing talent.
  2. Creating the core teams for the alliances needed.

For the move from the design phase to the commercial application phase, I am looking for talented team members who have a deep understanding of the technology market and business model underlying the company.

For a board to be effective, it must have diverse viewpoints and skills among different members, not within the same individual. This is to assure diversity of personalities and talents, including :

  1. Management/Entrepenurial
  2. Investment
  3. Accounting
  4. Marketing (sales/negotiation)
  5. Tech Transfer
  6. Science/Technical
  7. Mechanical Engineer
  8. Law
