IDS-Research has leased back several of its technologies
and is now negotiating the re-lease of the R-Bike rights
over to a new motorcycle company for 50 years.
That new company will be announced soon.

As a result, there will be a thorough restructuring
to better serve the future needs of the R-Bike.
