Each Company Project establishes a professional advisory board
representing a diverse cross-spectrum of talent
to provide advice to the Company in its product prototyping activities
and marketing of its technology to the industrial community.
The Advisory Board monitors the market and advises the Company.
The members perform practice based testing and if required,
provide an initial base for marketing of the Company's products
and assist the Company in marketing to the industrial community.
At least three of the Advisory Board members
are closely allied or employed by manufacturers.
These three may be, at some point in time,
precluded from operating in an advisory capacity to the Company.
Each year, manufacturers re-negotiate
a substantial financial professional / business relationships with their advisors
and could attempt to preclude them from advising IDS-Development
if their Company became a counter-force in the marketplace.
If that occurs IDS-Development will replace any of those individuals.
Five of the Advisory Board members are not shareholders in the Company
so as to keep their input as objective as possible.
The members of the Advisory Board
represent a cross-section of manufacturing, marketing and academia.
